Porcel Navas Hotel Granada, Granada

The hotel's location is the BEST in Granada, right in the heart of the city, close to shops and restaurants. The rooms were spacious, with the bathroom and closet as separate spaces, though lacking the Spanish/Andalusian style for those with a cultural preference. The service was nice and helpful, providing us with tickets and information on city events. The dining offered ample choice and was worth it, although it could improve in variety. The facilities were modern and well-maintained, offering a comfortable stay.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room was better than expected with a nice size and a small balcony, but the noise from the tapas restaurants on the street was bothersome. The service was incredibly helpful and friendly, especially for a touristy city like Granada. The location was convenient, surrounded by good restaurants and with all the comforts I needed, although it was on a busy pedestrian alley. The dining was excellent with plenty of choices, but some dishes needed to be reheated. Overall, the facilities met my expectations.
